Over the past 17 years I've been honoured to work with some incredibly talented young athletes, their parents, and coaches. It has been this understanding that has also helped shape my own approach to coaching and led to my national recognition as a two-time nominee for Accredited Sports Scientist of the Year in 2023 and 2024.
