Book is in excellent condition, all of the pull/fold out pages are attached with no tears or damage. The removable items (like leaves and papers) are all accounted for. The only thing missing is what looks like a feather pen from the back cover (see 3rd photo) and the envelope inside the back cover is only attached with 1 of the 2 stickers that originally held it in place.
