My wife Kim and I wanted to be retired early and do more traveling. Needing to keep making money, my wife looked at options to working for ourselves. Selling used books seemed interesting to us. We started selling books as we kept our jobs. After about a year, we were as far as we could get doing this on weekends and evenings. My job was not going well, so we decided it was time for me to retire from working for other people and sell books full time. Once we are making enough money for the two of us, we will be able to travel more. We named our business after our 165 lbs Mastadore, Tonka. Tonka is no longer with us anymore, but his legacy will carry on.
