The cookbook is in very good condition. The pages are clean with no markings. The dust cover has a little bit of creasing, but no tears. The book itself has minimal wear. It even looks nice without the dust cover as shown in the photos. The book has beautiful, colorful photos of the cookies that will make your mouth water. It's enjoyable just to look through the photos.
