Hello! Up for sale is a Book Club Edition (BCE) Hardcover of the play MOONCHILDREN by Michael Weller! This highly-regarded play, written in 1970 depicted a year in the life of 6 college students living communally in the late 1960’s. It was performed on Broadway starring Christopher Guest, James Woods, Jill Eikenberry and Kevin Conway. This is a stated Book Club Edition (BCE) Hardcover. There is a Code of “5363” on the rear inner fold of the dustjacket and a gutter code of N38 (indicating a publication date of September 1972) on page 179. The Book is in Good condition with light wear to the boards and some dings to the corners. The pages have tanned slightly, including some darker tanning on the title page, like due to the ephemera that was kept in the book. The spine is tight and there is a slight lean The dustjacket is in Fair condition with rubbing to the surface and some wear to the edges, including some small chips and tears. There is no price, as is typical with BCE’s BONUS: Included with this book is the related ephemera that was found within: a newspaper clipping about the play and a a “Curtain Time” promotional pamphlet for the play from The Fireside Theater.
